What Do I Put On My Face After I Steam It Steamed My Face...questions About It, What To Do Before/during/after? HELP?

Steamed my face...questions about it, what to do before/during/after? HELP? - what do i put on my face after i steam it

I have heard that the steam helps the grain face / Buttons / blackheads, so yesterday I've tried. I cook a pot of water on the stove, when I raised the fire steam for 20 minutes. I kept my face on the steam for 5 minutes and took a break 1 minutes then put in 5 minutes. I did not do anything for 20 ... for what? When I was finished my face was very wet, I was sweating, not that defeat the purpose of cleaning your face like that? I noticed that something was different for steam ...

So I've done everything? Are there any preparations to make before steam in the face? This is an acceptable form of steam? How can I do it worth? What should I do if I'm steam and then, because everything that has happened is, my face wet (think sweat in)d grain still there. PLEASE HELP

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Cleansing milk Apply generously to face, not clean, with the ship for 10-15min, wiped his face with wet cotton roll ice cube over your face for 5 minutes, put the mask out of clay (fuller's earth to dry), can be thoroughly in cold H2O pour the toner / astringent on cotton, apply on face. Do not use soap / Facial 6 to 8 hours.

Steaming makes face cereal so bad! Which is better, a hot shower and put a gentle face wash to (your face, no soap drying too!) This opens the pores and clean face wash the dirt! Yummy!

Then you need a cold shower, as you can do to bare! This closes the pores! Just steam your face and leave the pores open just means more dirt is coming!

Loosen the pores, so you can blow up the air grain. Wash your face to steam, I think. I've never tried because it has the same effect in the shower.

First steam is a process used by the beauticians to soften the skin to extract more convenient for customers. It is open the pores and softens the dirt and debris. Steaming also helps to chemicals or high-performance vehicles, such as treatments for acne, aging products for mature skin, ect .. in the pores. You should steam 8 to 10 minutes maximum. The benefits that are not, you can see the following: stimulate circulation and bring oxygen to the face. Maybe you want a little sweat, but it was rather that the water vapor. After gently dampen should remove blackheads) (comedones, which can be seen. There is no hurry. You should definitely contact an expert in your area, so that you do not become infected while in the end do more harm than new or healing. After a good steam, the poreswith a toner / astringent. (Cold water also works.) Hope this helped. C.
